Terms of Service
ILOOPE ONLINE SHOP (operating as iLoope), Purok 5 Kalasuyan, Kidapawan City, Cotabato, Philippines.
Plain-language note: iLoope is an app that connects you with restaurants, stores, riders, and service providers. We provide the technology; the food, goods, rides, and services come from independent Merchants and Riders.
1. Definitions
- "iLoope," "we," "us" — ILOOPE ONLINE SHOP, operator of the Platform, principal office in Purok 5 Kalasuyan, Kidapawan City, Cotabato, Philippines.
- "Platform" — the iLoope mobile apps, websites, and supporting systems.
- "Customer," "you" — a person who registers for or uses the Platform.
- "Merchant" — an independent restaurant, store, or service provider listing on the Platform.
- "Rider" — an independent contractor performing delivery or a trip.
- "Order" — your confirmed request for goods and/or services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or placing an Order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy (incorporated by reference). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. (RA 8792, E-Commerce Act — validity of electronic consent.)
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. A parent or legal guardian who consents to and supervises a minor's use does so under their own responsibility. Provide a valid Philippine mobile number and accurate information. One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
4. Use of the Platform
The Platform lets you browse Merchants, place Orders, pay, and receive delivery or services. iLoope is a technology platform and marketplace — not a restaurant, manufacturer, retailer, or transport provider. Goods and services are supplied by independent Merchants and performed by independent Riders. Availability of Merchants, items, riders, and delivery areas may vary and is not guaranteed.
5. Orders, Pricing & Payment
An Order is an offer to purchase, accepted when the Merchant confirms it. Before you confirm and pay, the Platform displays item prices (set by the Merchant), the iLoope Service Fee, the Delivery Fee (by distance), any Small Order Fee, any surge/peak multiplier, and applicable taxes. Payment methods include Cash on Delivery, GCash, Maya, online banking, and card. For non-cash payments you authorize iLoope and its processors to charge the total shown. (RA 7394 price transparency.)
6. Delivery Terms
Estimated times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by traffic, weather, preparation time, and rider availability. Provide an accurate address and be reachable; if you are unreachable or absent after reasonable attempts, the Order may be marked undelivered (subject to §7). Age-restricted goods may require valid ID on delivery.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Before Merchant acceptance — free cancellation.
- After acceptance — a partial charge may apply; Delivery Fee refunded if no rider dispatched.
- After pickup — generally no refund, except for valid quality, safety, or wrong-item issues reported promptly with reasonable proof.
- Refund timing — 3–7 business days (digital) or 7–15 business days (bank transfer).
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Act (RA 7394) for defective, unsafe, or misrepresented goods.
8. Customer Conduct & Prohibited Acts
You shall not: place fraudulent or abusive Orders; share or sell your account; harass or abuse riders, merchants, or staff (RA 11313, Safe Spaces Act); refuse a properly delivered Order without valid reason; reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform; or use it for any unlawful purpose (RA 10175, Cybercrime). Violations may result in cancellation, suspension or termination, and referral to authorities. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
iLoope owns the Platform, its software, trademarks, and content. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial ordering. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works.
10. Data Privacy
We process your Personal Information per the iLoope Privacy Policy, in compliance with RA 10173.
11. Limitation of Liability
iLoope provides the Platform "as is" and "as available" and is not liable for the quality, safety, or fitness of goods, food preparation, or the conduct of independent Merchants or Riders, except as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLoope's total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is capped at the lower of (a) the value of the specific Order or (b) ₱10,000, and iLoope is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law, including for death or personal injury caused by iLoope's own gross negligence or willful misconduct, or your non-waivable rights under RA 7394.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify iLoope against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of law — but not for iLoope's own negligence or willful misconduct.
13. Dispute Resolution
Step 1 — Help Center: raise concerns in-app; we respond within 15 days. Step 2 — Mediation: unresolved disputes proceed to mediation (PDRCI rules). Step 3 — Courts: failing mediation, disputes may be brought before the Regional Trial Court of Kidapawan City. This does not waive your right as a consumer to seek relief from the DTI or other competent agency, or to access the courts.
14. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email and take effect on the stated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines; venue is the Regional Trial Court of Kidapawan City, subject to §13. A Filipino-language summary is available; in case of conflict, interpretation follows the parties' true intention (Civil Code Art. 1370).
16. Miscellaneous
Severability (invalid provisions reformed minimally; the rest stands); no assignment of your account; force majeure (events beyond reasonable control); no waiver; and entire agreement (these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and related policies).

Sa simpleng salita: ang iLoope ay app na nag-uugnay sa iyo sa mga kainan, tindahan, rider, at service provider. Kami ang nagbibigay ng teknolohiya; ang pagkain, produkto, biyahe, at serbisyo ay mula sa independent na Merchant at Rider.
1. Pagtanggap sa Terms
Sa paggawa ng account o pag-order, sumasang-ayon ka sa Terms na ito, sa Privacy Policy, at sa Acceptable Use Policy. Kung hindi ka sang-ayon, huwag gamitin ang Platform. (RA 8792, E-Commerce Act.)
2. Pagpaparehistro at Edad
Kailangan 18 taong gulang pataas. Isang account bawat tao. Ikaw ang may pananagutan sa account mo at sa pag-iingat ng iyong password.
3. Ang Platform
Ang iLoope ay technology platform at marketplace — hindi kainan, retailer, o transport provider. Ang produkto at serbisyo ay galing sa independent na Merchant at Rider.
4. Order, Presyo, at Bayad
Bago ka magbayad, ipapakita ang presyo ng item, Service Fee ng iLoope, Delivery Fee (ayon sa distansya), Small Order Fee kung meron, surge kung meron, at buwis. Pwedeng COD, GCash, Maya, online banking, o card. (RA 7394 — price transparency.)
5. Cancellation at Refund
Bago tanggapin ng Merchant: libre ang cancel. Pagkatapos tanggapin: pwedeng may partial charge. Pagkatapos i-pickup: karaniwang walang refund maliban sa may sira/maling item na agad mong i-report na may patunay. Refund: 3–7 araw (digital) o 7–15 araw (bank). Hindi nito binabawasan ang karapatan mo sa ilalim ng RA 7394.
6. Bawal na Gawain
Bawal: pekeng/abusadong order; pagbenta ng account; pang-aabuso sa rider/merchant/staff (RA 11313); pagtanggi sa maayos na na-deliver na order nang walang dahilan; pang-iistorbo sa Platform; o paggamit sa labag sa batas (RA 10175). Maaaring suspindihin o tanggalin ang account.
7. Pananagutan at Reklamo
Ang iLoope ay "as is"; hindi kami mananagot sa kalidad/kaligtasan ng goods o sa asal ng independent na Merchant/ Rider maliban kung iniaatas ng batas; may liability cap (mas mababa sa halaga ng Order o ₱10,000). Para sa reklamo: Help Center (15 araw) → Mediation (PDRCI) → Korte (RTC Kidapawan). Hindi nito inaalis ang karapatan mong magreklamo sa DTI o sa korte.
