Children's Privacy

This Children's Privacy Policy explains iLoope's position on minors, consistent with RA 10173 and Google Play's Families requirements. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. Minimum Age

The Platform is intended for users 18 years and older. iLoope is not directed to children and is not designed to attract them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

2. Parental / Guardian Supervision

A parent or legal guardian who allows a minor to use the Platform does so under their own responsibility and remains bound by our Terms for that use, including supervising the minor's activity, orders, and any content.

3. If We Discover an Underage User

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18 without proper parental consent, we will:

Disable or restrict the account promptly;
Delete the associated personal information (subject to lawful retention such as transaction/BIR records, which are anonymized); and
Notify the parent/guardian where contact details are available.

4. Reporting

If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact our Data Protection Officer immediately at dpo@iloope.com so we can take action.

5. Sensitive Content

Some services (e.g., age-restricted goods where lawfully offered) require the user to be of legal age and may require ID verification. Social features (Boses voice reactions, posts) are also intended for adult users.

1. Pinakamababang Edad

Ang Platform ay para sa 18 taong gulang pataas. Hindi sinasadya ng iLoope na mangolekta ng data mula sa wala pang 18.

2. Pangangasiwa ng Magulang

Kung pinahihintulutan ng magulang/tagapag-alaga ang isang menor na gumamit, ito ay sa kanilang pananagutan at sakop ng aming Terms, kasama ang pagbabantay sa gawain at order.

3. Kung May Matuklasang Menor

Kung malaman naming may nangalap kaming data sa wala pang 18 nang walang wastong pahintulot ng magulang, ide-disable namin ang account, buburahin ang personal na data (maliban sa hinihinging itago ng batas gaya ng BIR records, na ina-anonymize), at aabisuhan ang magulang kung may contact.
