Acceptable Use Policy
ILOOPE ONLINE SHOP (operating as iLoope), Purok 5 Kalasuyan, Kidapawan City, Cotabato, Philippines.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for using iLoope. It supplements our Terms of Service. Breaching it may lead to content removal, suspension, or termination, and where warranted, referral to authorities.
1. General Conduct
Use the Platform lawfully, honestly, and respectfully toward other users, riders, drivers, merchants, and staff. Do not abuse, harass, threaten, or discriminate (RA 11313, Safe Spaces Act).
2. Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent, fake, or abusive orders, bookings, or payments (incl. chargeback abuse).
- Creating multiple or fake accounts, or sharing/selling an account.
- Impersonating another person, merchant, rider, or iLoope.
- Posting unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or infringing content (including in Boses voice reactions and posts).
- Sharing another person's private information without consent.
- Circumventing fees, manipulating ratings/reviews, or gaming promotions.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, automated access, or overloading the Platform.
- Introducing malware, or attempting to breach security or access data without authorization (RA 10175, Cybercrime).
- Using the Platform for money laundering, smuggling, or trade in prohibited/regulated goods.
3. Content You Post (Boses, Reviews, Photos)
You are responsible for content you submit and grant iLoope a license to host and display it for operating the Platform. We may remove content that violates this AUP or the law. Voice recordings and media must not contain illegal, harassing, or infringing material.
4. Service Providers (Riders, Drivers, Merchants)
Additional rules apply per your separate agreement (Rider Agreement, Merchant Agreement). You must hold required permits/licenses, provide accurate listings, fulfill orders honestly, and not share customer data beyond fulfilling the order.
5. Reporting Abuse
Report violations via the in-app help center or to support@iloope.com. Data-privacy concerns go to the DPO.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, content removal, account suspension/termination, withholding of payouts pending investigation, and reporting to authorities. Repeated or serious violations may be permanently recorded for fraud prevention and rider/merchant protection.
Itinatakda ng Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") na ito ang mga patakaran sa paggamit ng iLoope. Karagdagan ito sa Terms of Service. Ang paglabag ay maaaring magresulta sa pagtanggal ng content, suspension, o pagtanggal ng account.
1. Pangkalahatang Asal
Gamitin ang Platform nang legal, tapat, at may respeto sa ibang user, rider, driver, merchant, at staff. Bawal ang pang-aabuso, pananakot, o diskriminasyon (RA 11313).
2. Mga Bawal na Gawain
- Pekeng/abusadong order, booking, o bayad (kasama ang chargeback abuse).
- Maraming account o pekeng account; pagbenta/pagbabahagi ng account.
- Pagpapanggap bilang ibang tao, merchant, rider, o iLoope.
- Pag-post ng ilegal, malaswa, mapanirang, o paglabag sa karapatan (kasama sa Boses at posts).
- Pagbabahagi ng pribadong impormasyon ng iba nang walang pahintulot.
- Pag-iwas sa bayarin, pandaraya sa rating/review, o pag-abuso sa promo.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, o pag-overload sa Platform.
- Malware o paglabag sa seguridad (RA 10175).
3. Content na Pino-post Mo
Ikaw ang may pananagutan sa content na isinusumite mo. Maaari naming tanggalin ang content na lumalabag sa AUP o sa batas.
4. Pag-uulat at Pagpapatupad
Iulat ang paglabag sa help center o sa support@iloope.com. Maaari kaming mag-imbestiga at magpataw ng babala, pagtanggal ng content, suspension/pagtanggal ng account, o pag-uulat sa awtoridad.
