Data Deletion Request

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you may request a copy of your data (data portability / access) or ask us to delete it (right to erasure). Submit the form below and our Data Protection Officer will process it within 30 days.

Please note: some records must be retained even after deletion — transaction/invoicing data (kept 10 years for BIR, anonymized) and violation records (kept for rider/merchant protection). We will delete or anonymize everything else.

Sa ilalim ng RA 10173, maaari mong hilingin ang kopya ng iyong data o ang pagbura nito. Punan ang form sa English tab; ipoproseso ito ng aming DPO sa loob ng 30 araw.

Paalala: ang ilang record ay kailangang itago kahit pagkatapos ng deletion — transaction/ invoicing data (10 taon para sa BIR, ina-anonymize) at violation records (para sa proteksyon ng rider/merchant). Lahat ng iba ay buburahin o ia-anonymize.
